"An Identity in Christ"
In the story of the blind man receiving his sight and Zaccheus receiving the honor of hosting Jesus for the night, we see the abundance of God's grace that is freely given to those who ask and seek it. But what about the crowds gathered around the blind man and Zaccheus? Are they just props in this story? Or do they also receive grace simply because they were present? In the giving of grace, God gives us an identity; some times that identity is bestowed upon us even if we aren't the main character.
