May 14, 2017 — Fourth Sunday After Easter

"We are Easter People: A Homily on the Ascension"
What do we do when we are at a point where we are asking: what now? This is one of the questions any follower of Christ must seek to answer. In this story of Jesus' Ascension he reminds us that he won't be there with them in the flesh anymore, but that they have everything we need. In this homily we hear that saying, "We are Easter people" reminds us that we proclaim Jesus in all we do, particularly when we worship. As you watch this homily may you know that you are an Easter person and you have a call to live.
